This is the zip file, for users who choose it, click here!
This is the exe file, for users who choose it, click here!
1. Download the library files (Click Here)
2. Extract the library files where you want it
3. Install all the library files in the folder (Installer,Library Files, and libraryfiles)
4. Follow the steps below (If you are using a windows xp follow "XP Users", if you are using a vista follow "Vista Users".)
XP Users:
1. Go to "My Computer on the start menu
2. Go in the "C" Drive
3. Go to "Windows"
4. Go to "system32"
5. Copy... regsvr32 VWBitmapUtils.dll
6. Paste it in the "System32" folder
XP Users Continued:
1. Go to start
2. Open Run.exe in start
3. Copy... regsvr32 VWBitmapUtils.dll
4. Paste that in Run.exe
5. Click "Ok"
If it says something positive such as... Succeeded, then you can log on the game now with no issues.
If it says something bad such as... Failed, then you will have to contact me. (Pm me on forums)
Vista Users:
1. Go to "My Computer on the start menu (Vista Icon)
2. Go in the "C" Drive
3. Go to "Windows"
4. Go to "system32"
5. Copy... regsvr32 VWBitmapUtils.dll
6. Paste it in the "System32" folder
Vista Users Continued:
1. Go to start (Vista Icon)
2. at the bottom of start click in "Start Search"
3. Search... Run (Open it)
4. Copy... regsvr32 VWBitmapUtils.dll
5. Paste that in Run.exe
6. Click "Ok"
If it says something positive such as... Succeeded, then you can log on the game now with no issues.
